List of PERMISSIONS or USERGROUPS

Usergroups are the groups that users can go in! (lolwut)
Each user group has a purpose and if you're in one, do that role!

Usergroup List
Guest - If you don't log in / register, you'll be counted as a guest which can't view every forum and can't post on forums.
Member - Registering will give you this rank that'll give you no permissions above guest other than more forum viewing and you can post on forums.
Trusted Member - With access to more forums, this usergroup is only for the trusted.
Moderator - Moderators moderate the forum I guess? But they have access to the Moderator Board and the Moderator Panel
Global Moderator - A more stronger Moderator with more permissions.
Administrator - Administrators are the Owners and Co-Owners of the Boards, with all permissions!
